Responsibilities

• Take meal and drink orders and serve meals timely.
• Ensure residents and guests are satisfied with meals.
• Know menu items and specials; describe items to residents.
• Maintain dining areas and side stations; keep areas clean.
• Follow daily/weekly cleaning schedules and safety procedures.
• Set up and reset dining room and uphold hospitality standards.
