Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Server for a premier senior living community in California. The Server will provide friendly, courteous dining service, taking orders, and assisting with table setup and cleanup to enhance residents' experiences.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and exceptional customer service for residents, families, and staff, with training provided if needed and a focus on compassionate elder care.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but training is provided.
• Must be at least 16 years old with a work permit.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Desire to work with elderly residents and care for their needs.
• Able to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Criminal background check and health screening required.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter into POS.
• Set up and break down tables.
• Follow proper serving techniques and etiquette.
• Maintain a safe environment and follow safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with coworkers and other departments.
