Job summary

Clearwater Living is seeking a Server for Clearwater at The Heights in Houston to ensure residents have a pleasant dining experience with superior service. You will take orders, serve meals, assist with menu selections, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area while observing dietary guidelines and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include serving professionally, circulating through dining rooms, stocking condiments, delivering meals to rooms as needed, and collaborating with kitchen

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Background clearances as required by government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve meals to residents, family members and guests in a professional, efficient and courteous manner.
• Assist residents with meal and menu selections as necessary or requested.
• Serve from the left and clear dishes between courses to maintain smooth service.
• Review residents' dietary needs as outlined by the Culinary Director.
• Greet and seat residents, making them feel welcome and comfortable.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary dining area and comply with food handling policies.
• Display tact and friendliness with residents, associates and guests.
• Deliver meals to resident rooms when required and collect trays after meals.
