Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring for a server role. No experience is required and on-the-job training is provided, with paid coaching as you learn the job. You will help set and clear tables, take residents' dining orders, and ensure top-quality customer service in a supportive community environment.

As a valued team member, you’ll work with colleagues to deliver meals, assist with events, and maintain a clean dining area while fostering positive resident relationships.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• On-the-job training - paid to learn.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.
