Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Server to help residents enjoy meals in a friendly, caring environment. You will set and clear tables, take dining orders, and ensure excellent service while coordinating with kitchen staff to deliver meals and cleanup after events.

You will work as part of a team that values residents, teamwork and a positive dining experience, with paid on-the-job training and supportive benefits.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required for this server role.
• On-the-job training – get paid to get trained!

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.
