Job summary

Celebration Village Forsyth, a Grace Management senior living community in Suwanee, GA, is hiring servers to provide meals in the dining room for our residents. The role emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and delivering friendly, attentive service in a welcoming environment.

Part-time or full-time positions available. Responsibilities include taking orders, delivering meals, assisting with tray setup, and maintaining a clean dining room while observing safety and infection-control procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in the dining room and ensure a pleasant and efficient dining operation.
• Take orders and serve food in a courteous and timely manner.
• Set up and deliver trays as requested by the kitchen team.
• Bus tables and maintain a clean, organized dining room area.
• Follow safety, infection-control, and residents' rights policies at all times.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to meet residents' dietary needs and preferences.
• Support residents with courteous, responsive service and effective communication.
