Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a friendly Server to join our dining team in California. You will take meal and drink orders, serve meals, and ensure residents and guests are satisfied with service and quality.

You will maintain dining areas, follow schedules, know daily specials, and help keep the dining room welcoming and safe for seniors. This role offers flexible hours and opportunities for growth within ISL.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with seniors.
• Ability to interact with residents and staff in a courteous manner.
• Ability to respond promptly to resident needs.
• Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Take meal and drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner.
• Assure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals.
• Maintain knowledge of all specials and general description of all food items.
• Maintain all side stations and dining areas.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Set-up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining hospitality and service standards.
