Job summary

Oakmont of Pacific Beach, part of Oakmont Management Group, is seeking part-time cooks to join our senior living community. We offer AM/PM shifts, a pay range of $19.00 - $20.00 per hour, and a diverse benefits package focused on health, wellness, and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Line cook experience in a Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant.
• 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line, or working a prep cook line station.
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner.
• Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests and comply with vaccination/ PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to spec and on time.
• Maintain station cleanliness and proper food safety practices.
• Communicate clearly with team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Assist with prep and line service during busy periods.
