Oakmont Management Group in Monterey, CA, seeks cooks for a Full Scratch Kitchen to join our senior living community. Roles involve preparing meals in a high-quality kitchen, working with residents and staff, and contributing to a warm, community-focused dining experience.

We offer competitive pay of $19–$20 per hour, full-time schedules, 11:00am-7:30pm and 5:00am-1:30pm shifts, Sunday-Thursday, plus comprehensive benefits and perks.

Qualifications

• Line cook experience in a Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant.
• 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line, or working a prep cook line station.
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner.
• Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff.
• Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• Vaccination and PPE requirements per regulatory guidelines.
