Commonwealth Senior Living seeks a Sales Specialist to provide sales and marketing support for a community, reporting to the Vice President of Sales. This role focuses on lead generation, closing sales, and achieving move-in goals while maintaining relationships with referral sources and residents.

Expect up to 100% travel during the work week and a pay range of $80,000–$90,000 per year. Full-time status includes a comprehensive benefits package; occupancy and revenue growth are top priorities.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree or equivalent; 1–2 years' experience or training in sales preferred.
• Solid track record of sales success in long-term care industry; ability to build professional relationships.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and organizational skills; computer proficiency required.
• Ability to travel up to 100% of time during the work week.
