Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Sales Specialist to lead the sales function at a community during a Sales Director vacancy. You will coach and support Sales Directors to drive occupancy and collaborate with Executive Directors and Regional Directors on strategic sales plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or commensurate experience.
• 5 years sales experience in senior living required.
• 5+ years of online sales management platforms experience to track activities and occupancy goals.
• Strong communication skills to connect with residents, agencies and team.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the community sales activities; working with placement agencies, speaking with prospects, touring potential residents, and closing sales.
• Analyze occupancy trends, market trends and length of sales cycle data to determine necessary sales activities for full occupancy and a robust wait list.
• Develop an effective outreach plan based on community needs.
• Ensure apartment readiness and move-in paperwork completion.
• Monitor the community and tour-ready state of model apartments and grounds.
• Travel up to 100% to communities across the country.
• Collaborate with Executive Directors and Regional Teams.
