Job summary

Brookdale is seeking a Sales Manager to guide families and older adults through the move‑in journey. You will work with local professionals to generate referral leads and partner with leadership to craft sales and marketing plans designed to meet community revenue and occupancy targets.

Successful candidates bring a Marketing or Business background, at least 2 years of sales experience (Senior Living preferred), and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience; Senior Living experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of technology and electronic documentation

Responsibilities

• Guide families and older adults through the sales journey from inquiry to move-in
• Collaborate with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales/marketing plans to meet revenue and occupancy goals
