Job summary

Oakmont Management Group seeks a Sales and Marketing Director for Ivy Park at Palos Verdes, a premier senior living community. You will generate and manage leads, qualify prospects, and guide moves, collaborating with Executive Director and VP of Sales to craft strategic marketing plans to hit occupancy targets.

The role requires 3+ years in marketing or sales, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience or a sales background outside sales preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; strong organization and follow-up with prospects.

Responsibilities

• Create trust and connect with prospective residents and families through calls and tours.
• Ideate ways to increase occupancy and achieve targeted occupancy goals.
• Execute events to draw prospects to the community.
• Build relationships with community organizations and professional groups to increase collaboration opportunities.
