You will partner with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to craft strategic marketing plans and achieve budgeted occupancy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing or sales experience (outside sales preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (or equivalent).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and follow-up with prospects.

Responsibilities

• Create trust and connect with prospective residents and families via calls and tours.
• Ideate strategies to increase occupancy and meet occupancy targets.
• Collaborate with team to plan and execute events that attract prospects.
• Build relationships with community organizations to expand referrals.
