This beautiful community seeks a Senior Living Sales Counselor.

The Senior Living Sales Counselor must produce results and positively impact brand awareness, community reputation, and occupancy. This position, part of a three-person team, will play a key role in cultivating, nurturing, and closing prospects for our skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care, bolstering our reputation in the community.

Specific job responsibilities include targeted outreach to individual prospects, community outreach, planning and conducting marketing events, educating prospects about senior living options, follow-up with prospects, and detailed recordkeeping of sales activities. With outstanding training and support from the Marketing Director and MRC’s corporate marketing team, this role will also oversee move-ins to ensure they occur seamlessly and provide new residents with the best possible experience upon arrival.

This role is well suited for someone who can build relationships with potential residents, their adult children, and referral sources such as local business leaders and healthcare professionals. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of success in sales.
