BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of RN Nurse Manager in Lexington, VA. As a Nurse Manager, you will lead a team, conduct client visits, and ensure exceptional care is delivered to our adult and geriatric clients. This role requires an RN with supervisory experience and strong skills in acute care settings.

• Experience in acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute care preferred.

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of RN Nurse Manager for our Lexington, VA Medicare Certified home health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients living in communities including assisted living, independent living, senior congregate living, 55+ communities, and intermediate care facilities for clients with intellectual disabilities throughout Falls Church and surrounding areas.

As a Nurse Manager, your day may look like this:

1. Lead, inspire, and motivate others to provide exceptional care to residents in senior living communities.
2. Visit our adult and geriatric clients for supervisory and assessment visits in Lexington, VA, and other surrounding areas.
3. Supervise a team of field nurses and therapists.
4. Facilitate new hire orientation and training of new nurses and therapists.
5. Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.

If you're a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following skills, this could be your dream job!

1. Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
2. Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience preferred.
