Job summary

Lifespace Communities in Juno Beach, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing services to residents in the assigned neighborhood. You will oversee medication administration, chart accurately, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan care.

The position offers hourly pay, flexible schedules, daily pay options, and growth opportunities within a mission-driven organization. Prior long-term care experience and an active RN license are required.

Qualifications

• Certifications and Registered Nurse license and other licensure required by state regulations.
• One year of nursing experience in a long-term facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing services to residents in assigned neighborhood.
• Provides hands-on training to newly hired team members.
• Oversee physician orders, verify orders in the electronic record system, administer medications and treatments.
• Supervise and provide leadership to clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan, coordinate and evaluate resident care.
• Document the resident’s condition and nursing needs accurately and timely.
• Execute treatments and observe reactions to medications and treatments.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers to deliver quality service.
• Prepare resident admissions assessments in collaboration with physicians and verify orders.
