Hoosier Village, a BHI Senior Living community in Indianapolis, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care, administer medications, and support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.

You will work full-time days, with a 7am–7pm shift, Wednesdays and Fridays and every other weekend, collaborating with a caring team to maintain high standards of resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required or higher.
• Active nursing license in good standing per state requirements.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks up to 75 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents per individual care plans.
• Administer medications and document in charts per standards and policies.
• Ensure timely medication administration and document any adverse reactions.
• Inventory and order medications; monitor for pharmacy errors.
• Conduct rounds and adjust care as needed per physician orders.
• Assess residents' health and communicate findings to care team.
• Coordinate resident care and services across departments.
