This role involves performing housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and clean environment for residents, families, and staff, following all policies and procedures outlined by Eventide. The Senior Living Resident Housekeeper Assistant may also assist with meal services, maintaining sanitary conditions, and collaborating with the Nutrition and Culinary Services department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Cleaning tenant apartments, baths, common resident areas, staff work areas, and other shared spaces.
• Performing cleaning procedures such as mopping, dusting, vacuuming, washing windows and walls, polishing, and scrubbing.
• Ensuring all work areas and carts are safe and secure.
• Following infection control and departmental policies and procedures.
• Using equipment and chemicals safely, reporting unsafe conditions.
• Maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Re-stocking supplies and maintaining equipment safety and cleanliness.
• Assisting with meal service, including offering menu choices, cleaning and sanitizing dishes and tables, preparing menu items, and operating dishwashing equipment.

Compensation

Starting pay ranges from $16 to $17.44 per hour, based on qualifications and experience, with shift premiums and differentials available for select positions.
