Job summary

Oakmont Management Group in Irvine, California, seeks a Resident Care Coordinator for Ivy Terrace at Fullerton. You will coordinate resident care and staffing to meet residents' needs, working Sunday through Thursday, 9am-5:30pm, with a pay range of $27–$30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer one year of experience supervising and managing employees.
• Ability to effectively train staff and adapt to schedule needs.
• Able to operate a PC and be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must pass a criminal background check and health screening, including COVID-19 PCR if required.
• May be required to vaccinate and participate in screenings and PPE per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care and staffing to meet residents' needs.
• Communicate with healthcare professionals and state agencies as required.
• Assist in arranging care services (medical, dental, vision, podiatry) for residents.
• Participate in resident assessments in line with policy and regulations.
• Recruit, develop, and schedule care providers and technicians.
• Maintain a safe environment and encourage interdepartmental teamwork.
