Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our on-site rehabilitation team.

You will deliver one-on-one therapy and assist with rehabilitative services for senior residents within a coordinated care framework. We offer a Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends/holidays), comprehensive benefits, licensure reimbursement, CEUs, and opportunities for career advancement while working with a not-for-profit provider dedicated to improving patients'

Qualificações

• Associate’s degree (AAS) in a related field.
• Current state license to practice.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Proficient with computers and healthcare software.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with rehabilitative services for residents under medical orders as part of a care team.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions and administer functional treatments.
• Receive mentorship and hands-on experience with innovative therapies.
• Contribute to care plans and clinical progress for senior residents.
