Job summary

Apploi in Wayne, NJ is seeking a Recreation Aide to organize and lead activities for residents in long-term and subacute care settings. You’ll adapt programs to various abilities and help transport residents to events.

You’ll promote a cheerful, supportive atmosphere, document participation, and work with a compassionate team to create meaningful social experiences. A high school diploma is required and prior care experience is preferred. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in long-term care or working with older adults preferred.

• Physical ability to assist residents as needed and support activity setup.
