You will implement the plan of care established by the supervising PT and physician, provide skilled rehabilitation, collaborate with nursing and other staff, and ensure accurate documentation and adherence to all policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Active state PTA license required.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
