SCHOFIELD&ASSOCIATES LLC is recruiting a Physical Therapist (PT) to join an in-house therapy team at a senior living community in Shelbyville, Kentucky. You will perform comprehensive PT evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and focus on strength, balance, mobility, and independence for residents.

The role requires an active Kentucky PT license, strong assessment and communication skills, and a compassionate, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Passion for working with the senior population

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs
• Provide high-quality physical therapy services focused on strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Promote the highest level of resident-centered care
