Job summary

The Palace Group in Kendall, FL is seeking a Private Duty Assistant Manager for Palace At Home at The Palace Suites. You will support the Department's Manager in daily duties, maintain client files, and handle phones and coordination with nurses and therapists.

The ideal candidate holds a High School diploma, with Home Health knowledge preferred, and is proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Strong English communication, punctuality, and teamwork are essential, with Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Home Health experience or knowledge of Clinical Terminology preferred.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client files and file required documents.
• Notify/communicate/assist patients as directed by the Manager.
• Answer phones as needed.
• Contact nurses/therapists/aides as needed.
• Order and fax labs and supplies requests.
• Assist the Manager with clerical/administrative duties and other tasks.
