You will provide attentive, one-on-one therapy to residents under medical orders, supporting a holistic, patient-centered approach to care. This role includes mentorship, exposure to innovative therapies, and meaningful career growth within our not-for-profit network of senior living communities, with a Monday–Friday schedule and generous benefits

Qualifications

• Associate degree in the discipline.
• Current license in state of practice.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rehabilitative services for residents under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Provide attentive one-on-one therapy services for residents, delivering functional treatments.
• Get mentorship and hands-on experience utilizing innovative therapies and treatments.
