Christian Village at Mt. Healthy in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our compassionate therapy team.

The PT will screen, evaluate, and revise care plans under physician supervision, helping residents maintain physical well-being in a faith-based senior living setting. Qualifications include a PT degree and active state licensure, with strong organization, communication, and supervisory ability for Physical Therapy Assistants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.

Responsabilités

• Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate and discharge plan as supervised by physician.
• Make revisions to established plan of care as needed.
