Job summary

Christian Village at Mt. Healthy in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to join our therapy team.

The PT will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plans, and revise care plans under physician supervision, promoting resident wellbeing in a faith-based senior living community. Applicants should hold a Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in physical therapy, be licensed in the state, and demonstrate strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.
