Qualifications

• Current or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents with disorders or deficits within Physical Therapy scope of practice per physician order and evaluation completion.
• Optimize residents' functionality and skills.
• Complete documentation via Net Health.
• Collaborate with supervising PT to develop programs that fit residents' needs and meet co-signature/supervision requirements.
• Attend required meetings (care planning, staff, family).
• Help meet state and federal certification standards while following OBRA guidelines.
• Follow facility infection control policies and complete assigned tasks.
