HealthPro Heritage in Olympia Fields, IL, has a great Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) opportunity in Senior Living. Support seniors in preserving independence and physical strength within Assisted Living and Memory Care settings.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting.
• Valid state licensure as PTA, or license eligible.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.
• Monitor and document patient progress and educate patients and families.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other healthcare staff for coordinated care.
