Adoration Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our full‑time team at Cedarhurst Senior Living of Hamburg, serving the Lexington, KY area. You will provide one‑on‑one patient care, perform evaluations, and develop comprehensive treatment plans to help clients regain strength and independence.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, an unrestricted state license, CPR, and experience in geriatric or outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans and participate in staffing meetings/family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide safety recommendations and referrals.
