Job summary

Erickson Senior Living's Fox Run Village in Novi, MI seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide holistic care to residents across continuum. You’ll assist with daily living activities, tailor care plans to individual needs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support residents’ physical, emotional, and clinical wellbeing.

Experienced OT licensed professionals are invited to apply; CPR certification required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with older adults preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Must possess a valid and current state Occupational Therapy license.

Responsibilities

• Providing a holistic approach, supporting residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on strengths, preferences, and routines, while providing comfort and belonging.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents’ needs across their care.
