H2 Health Prime Living offers 1:1 therapy services in luxury senior living communities, providing care on a flexible, part-time schedule without travel burdens. As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll help residents maintain independence and quality of life through goal-driven interventions.

You’ll collaborate with home health partners within the same communities to ensure care continuity, benefiting patients and staff with a clinician-led culture and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active or eligible state license to practice.
