Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with the older adult population preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current valid state license in occupational therapy assistant (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic care focusing on physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs of residents.
• Adhere to Medicare/state/federal regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to address resident needs.
• Deliver OT therapy duties across Erickson continuum of care as needed.
• Document services and billing accurately and timely.
• Communicate care plans to residents, families, and physicians.
