Job summary

Linden Ponds is a continuing care retirement community located on the South Shore in Hingham, MA, part of Erickson Senior Living. The Occupational Therapy Assistant will support residents with daily living activities, providing personalized care across the continuum of care.

The base rate for this position is $35.00 hourly, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and education assistance. Onsite health centers and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with older adults in therapy is preferred.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Current valid state license for Occupational Therapy Assistant where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy duties in all settings across the Erickson continuum of care.
• Document services and billing accurately and timely.
• Ensure the resident's care plan developed by OT is communicated to resident, family and physician.
