Job summary

The Orchards is seeking an experienced Administrator to lead the daily operations of our skilled nursing and assisted living community in West Virginia. This role ensures high standards of resident care, safety, regulatory compliance, quality, and financial performance.

As Administrator, you’ll guide campus leadership, maintain licenses, oversee budgets, and support continuous quality improvement while fostering a respectful, compassionate environment for residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of related experience.
• Background in healthcare, health administration, business, public policy, or related field preferred.
• Current West Virginia Nursing Home Administrator License in good standing.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for skilled nursing and assisted living operations.
• Lead and support department directors, supervisors, and staff across the campus.
• Promote core values and maintain a culture of respect, accountability, teamwork, and communication.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and accreditation requirements.
• Oversee departments contributing to resident care and services.
• Develop and monitor operating budgets and financial controls.
• Coordinate regulatory surveys and implement plans of correction.
• Maintain required licenses, approvals, and certifications for facility operations.
• Coordinate and support Continuous Quality Improvement, Quality Measures, and Case Mix Management.
