The Orchards in Delaware County seeks an experienced Administrator to lead daily operations of its skilled nursing and assisted living community. You will oversee clinical and support services to ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes building strong teams, managing budgets, and upholding a culture of safety and compassion across the campus. Collaboration with Nursing leadership and staff is essential to deliver an exceptional resident experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of related experience (or equivalent).
• Background in healthcare, healthcare administration, business, public policy, or related field.
• Current West Virginia Nursing Home Administrator License in good standing.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and nursing facility operations.
• Ability to lead and develop teams; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, word processing, and standard office technology.
• Empathetic communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Commitment to continuing education and state-mandated training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall leadership and direction for skilled nursing and assisted living operations.
• Lead and support department directors, supervisors, and staff across the campus.
• Promote core values and maintain a culture of respect, accountability, teamwork, and communication.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and accreditation requirements.
• Oversee departments that contribute to continuous care and services for residents.
• Develop, administer, and monitor operating budgets and financial controls.
• Coordinate preparation for regulatory surveys and plans of correction.
• Maintain licenses, approvals, and certifications for facility operations.
• Coordinate and support the Continuous Quality Improvement program and Quality Measures.
• Promote effective communication with residents, families, and employees.
• Support initiatives to enhance services, accommodations, and resident experience.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop staff in accordance with policies and laws.
• Collaborate with Directors of Nursing and facility leadership to promote quality care.
• Maintain visible leadership presence and foster cooperation throughout the organization.
