Job summary

Ivy Park at Santa Rosa, managed by Oakmont Management Group, invites applications for a Senior Living Medication Technician. This full-time role ensures safe administration of medications, coordination with pharmacies and physicians, and maintenance of medication records while supporting residents' activities and overall well-being.

The position requires at least 18 years old, possible LVN preference, and experience with RCFE medication assistance is valued.

Qualifications

• Prefer one (1) year of experience assisting with medication at a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE).
• Based on state regulation, completion of training/certification may be required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with the resident, pharmacy, and physician.
• Order and track all medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential resident medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
