This concierge-style role focuses on building relationships with residents, families, and partners while providing clinical and administrative support to our healthcare providers.

You will greet residents, take vital signs, coordinate care between services, and assist with front desk duties to ensure smooth, patient-centered operations across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant with clinical and front desk experience.
• Outgoing individual who loves interacting with people.
• Organized and effective communicator.
• Experience as medical assistant in geriatric or senior care preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation for travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and staff with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Take vital signs and prepare residents for visits.
• Coordinate care between specialists, therapy, home health, and other services.
• Assist with front desk duties including scheduling and records management.
• Attend monthly outreach to assess resident needs and coordinate care with providers.
• Provide clinical and administrative support to healthcare teams.
