A premier senior living community in San Jose is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director responsible for generating leads and guiding prospects through their transition. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of marketing experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills. You will work closely with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to develop innovative marketing strategies aimed at achieving occupancy targets. Qualifications

• 3 or more years of marketing experience or a sales background (outside sales preferred).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Generate and manage leads to qualify prospects.
