Vista Springs Timber Ridge Village seeks a Marketing Executive with private pay assisted living experience to network with physicians, centers, rehab facilities and hospitals. This role builds strong referral relationships and promotes Vista Springs values to ensure residents and families feel safe, respected and cared for.

The position requires strong communication, high energy, and a commitment to outstanding service in a vibrant senior living community in East Lansing, MI.

Competenze

• Associates degree (A.A) or equivalent from two year college or technical school; two-three year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Driver’s License

Mansioni

• Establish relationships with local community organizations, business, practitioners, and potential referral sources
• Market and networking within the community
• Census development
• Sales & marketing budget compliance
• Advertise in newspapers and radio
• Tours through the facility
• Answer inquiries and follow up
• Accurate record keeping and monthly reports
• Help coordinate in-house events
• Purchase and design marketing materials
• Excellent communication skills (internally and externally)
• CRM tracking
• Offer support to Executive Directors
• Knowledge of the admissions process
