Heritage Pointe of Warren is seeking a dependable, hands-on Full-Time Maintenance Technician to maintain a safe, well‑kept senior living environment. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance, address basic plumbing/electrical/HVAC issues, and support resident safety with a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, inspecting facilities, assisting with painting and minor renovations, and responding to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, facilities, or general repairs.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems.
• Able to troubleshoot and complete repairs safely and effectively.
• Able to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Prioritize work orders and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to perform physical duties including lifting, bending, standing.
• Dependable with attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout the facility.
• Troubleshoot and address basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance issues.
• Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and grounds to identify maintenance needs and potential safety hazards.
• Maintain facility grounds, sidewalks, parking areas, and outdoor spaces as needed.
• Assist with painting, minor renovations, furniture repairs, and room preparation.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety standards and policies.
• Maintain tools and maintenance areas in an organized and safe manner.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and urgent repair requests as needed.
• Work with facility leadership and other departments to support resident safety.
