Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Barclay at Boynton Beach. This role supports the prestige senior living community by performing scheduled maintenance and repairs to keep facilities safe and inviting for residents.

The position runs 8:30 am–4:30 pm, Tuesday through Saturday, and requires basic OSHA knowledge, experience with light painting, and repair requests. High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with UTO, light painting, lifting of supplies, and responding to resident repair requests.
• Assisted Living environment experience.
• Working knowledge of OSHA compliance and laws.

Responsibilities

• Follows a preventive maintenance program and keeps building/grounds clean and presentable.
• Documents maintenance records for all systems and equipment.
• Assists residents and families with move-in tasks during admissions and discharges.
• Provides timely repairs and ensures safety and accessibility of the property.
