Job summary

The Barclay at ParkSquare, a senior living community, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site facilities team in Florida. You will perform preventative maintenance, assist with move-ins, and help keep common areas safe, clean and inviting for residents and guests.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, working knowledge of OSHA standards, construction experience with building repairs, and a valid driver's license. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of OSHA compliance and laws.
• Construction experience in coordinating building repairs.

Responsibilities

• Following a preventative maintenance program set forth by the Director of Facility Management.
• Demonstrates excellent time management and completes tasks within company time frames.
• Keeps building and grounds clean, immaculate and appealing to residents, guests, referral sources and prospects.
• Maintains accurate documentation for maintenance records on all systems and equipment (fire sprinkler, extinguishers, monitoring, kitchen hood cleaning, elevator inspections, boiler permits, nurse call system, generator, HVAC, PTAC).
• Assists new residents and family members with move-in tasks during admissions and discharges.
