Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and housekeeping duties in and around the community grounds. You will be responsible for completing service requests efficiently, handling repairs of various systems, and maintaining the safety and functionality of apartment homes and community buildings.

The ideal candidate should have at least a year of maintenance experience and must be adept in plumbing and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• One year maintenance experience is required.
• Ability to be on call if needed.
• General understanding of plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, and code compliance.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and respond to emergency calls outside of work hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties in community grounds as assigned.
• Complete service requests for repair and maintenance in a timely manner.
• Perform minor electrical repairs and basic plumbing work.
