Job summary

Truewood by Merrill, Boise is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support residents and maintain a safe, comfortable living environment within our senior community.

You will perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and flooring work, while ensuring safety and timely completion of work orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; must be 18+.
• 1–3 years related experience or training.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC.
• Flexible schedule; ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance projects including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting and carpentry.
• Maintain walls, floors, doors, windows, furniture in common areas.
• Repair and maintain vacated rooms and apartments.
• Complete all work orders timely and document safety issues.
• Assist with safety procedures and vehicle upkeep.
