The Ridge at Westlake Village, managed by Oakmont Management Group, seeks a Maintenance Technician for part-time work with weekend availability in Westlake Village, CA. Responsibilities include upkeep of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and resident units, with a focus on safety and teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Ability to assist with apartment turnovers - painting, carpet cleaning, pressure washing.
• Maintain grounds including pool and spa if applicable.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
