American Senior Communities LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Hickory Creek at Sunset in Indiana. The role oversees daily maintenance operations, directs staff, coordinates preventive tasks, and ensures safety and reliability of building systems and grounds.

The candidate will lead a maintenance team, respond quickly to repair needs, and uphold safety standards while contributing to a high-quality living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence).
• One year of experience in an institutional maintenance department.
• Supervisory or management experience required.
• Knowledge in electrical, heating and cooling.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the maintenance department.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and repairs are addressed promptly.
• Maintain building systems, grounds, and equipment in safe, functional condition.
