Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to split time between two Mansfield senior living facilities. This full-time, day-shift role offers $20-$22/hour based on experience.

Responsibilities include routine mechanical and custodial tasks, basic carpentry, HVAC/appliance maintenance, and maintaining accurate records. You will interact with residents and coordinate with the facility manager to ensure safety and cleanliness.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years in building maintenance or related field.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license; reliable insured transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Performs routine mechanical maintenance: plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC per manufacturer specs.
• Maintains records: inventories, tools, supplies, work orders and reconditioning logs.
• Reviews and prioritizes work orders; communicates status to residents and the community manager.
• Snow removal duties and ensuring walkways, entrances and parking areas are safe.

Conhecimentos

3-5 years maintenance experience

Valid Ohio driver’s license
