Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Assistant in Madison, Wisconsin to perform ongoing preventative maintenance, building and grounds upkeep, and provide resident support.

The role may involve responding to maintenance issues outside normal hours and coordinating with outside vendors for specialized work. Qualified candidates will have plumbing knowledge and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in building maintenance.
• Plumbing knowledge including fixtures, drains, hot water heaters, etc.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Assistant provides ongoing preventative maintenance, resident assistance, and building/grounds upkeep. (Responds to emergencies outside regular hours as needed.)
• Troubleshoots maintenance problems and performs tasks with minimal supervision, coordinating with outside vendors when required.
